Old Park is located about 12 miles northwest of Kremmling off Hwy 134, Gore Pass Road. This subdivision consists of 5 acre lots, many of which are still vacant, offering a variety of terrain including sagebrush, aspens, pines, streams and beaver ponds. 
There are 364 homesites in Old Park. Electricity is run through 90% of the subdivision, homes have individual household-use-only wells, and septic systems.
